EVERY guest and team member must proceed through the Wellness Checkpoint (temperature screening). Anyone exhibiting symptoms associated with COVID-19 will be denied entry that day. Anyone registering 100.4 or above temperature will pass through a secondary screening. If the 2nd screening registers a temperature of 100.4 or above, guest and/or team member will be denied entry that day. All temperature screenings will be done with a safe social distance through thermal imaging screeners.
Seneca Allegany Casino Buffet Prices
Face masks will be mandatory for both guests and team members and must be worn at all times while on property. No mask, no entry. If you don’t have a face mask one may be provided for you.
EVERY guest and team member must use hand sanitizer before entering.
We are operating at reduced capacity in order to maintain social distancing at this time. Guests may be asked to come back at a later time.
NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the resort. Smoking will be allowed only in outdoor designated areas and with social distancing. Any guest who goes outside to smoke must go through the Wellness Checkpoint upon reentering the building.
Note that this service resumes 11/1/2020 with limited service on Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday only. Incentive subject to change at casino's discretion.

NEW PROCEDURE DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC: All passengers going to the casino will undergo a security temperature check when boarding the bus and again by the casino upon arrival. Guest will also be asked COVID-related questions at casino and it is the casino’s discretion whether to welcome the guests. Guests turned away by the casino will have the option to continue with the bus to Buffalo, NY and return on the bus schedule to their home or to contact someone to come pick them up at the casino. The guests are required to have a valid Federal/State issued photo ID along with proof of residency. Once through security screening, they will receive the incentive package on their Seneca Social Card. Detailed protocols are listed on the casino’s website: https://senecaalleganycasino.com. We advise all passengers to be familiar with the protocols prior to boarding the bus.

Punxsutawney, Big Run, Sykesville - these pick-ups are only available on Saturday and required an overnight stay at the casino to return on Sunday. We recommend guests travel to Dubois to board the coach for a day trip on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
